If you are buying membership, please understand that by submitting an application for Membership of Malvern Concert Club (‘the Club’) an applicant consents to the information provided in the application form and any other information obtained or provided as part of the application process and during the course of membership of the Club being used solely for the purpose of processing the application (including payment processing) and dealing with the member of the Club. This includes communicating with the member about Club activities and events and the fulfillment of any purchases. The data so provided will not be shared with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. To comply with the requirements of the Charity Commission, the information provided may be retained for a period of time as part of the Club’s financial records, even if the relevant membership of the Club has ceased. A member’s consent extends to meet this requirement.
